- In the event of inclement weather conditions, the operator will notify you
ahead of time - An option to either reschedule your tour to an alternate date of claim or full

Cancellation Policy:
- We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
- Cancellations received less than the above stated period will incur 100% cancellation fee.
- 100% charge will apply to all no-shows.
- Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show back into the account.
