• Guests are requested to settle their balance payment before Boarding the Cruise
• In the event of inclement weather conditions, the operator will notify you ahead of time and you have an option to either reschedule your tour to an alternate date or claim for full refund.

• We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
• Cancellations received less than the above stated period will incur 100% cancellation fee.
• 100% charge will apply to all no-shows.
• Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show back into the account.
