Things To Know
- Please report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
- A single boarding pass is entilted to a single seat only
- Shared transfers are only provided from Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Arpora area only
- Transfer timings may be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- Guests are not allowed to carry any food or beverages on board
Cancellation Policy
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
- Cancellations received less than the above stated period will incur 100% cancellation fee.
- 100% charge will apply to all no-shows.
- Any refunds due will be processed after the cruise date and will incur a 10% admin fee.
- Refunds can take 5-7 working days to show back into the account.
