Things To Know
- A single boarding pass is strictly entitled to single-seat only.
- Boarding will start 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Age limit for scuba is above 10 years. Non swimmers can also enjoy this activity
- Please carry trip/booking confirmation ticket
- Carry Swimwear, Extra Clothes & Towel Sunglasses, Sunscreen, etc. Personal Medication (if any)
- Carry Valid Govt ID Proof
- No Outside Drinks & Eatables are allowed on the boat.
- Guests are requested to settle their balance payment before boarding the boat
- This is a group tour & the wait time to do the activities mentioned in the inclusions is based upon the group size of the particular day, travelers may have it wait for their turn.
- In the event of bad weather conditions, the operator will notify you ahead of time, and you have an option to either reschedule your tour to an alternate date or claim for a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
- Cancellations received less than the above stated period will incur 100% cancellation fee.
- 100% charge will apply to all no-shows.
- Any refunds due will be processed after the cruise date and will incur a 10% admin fee.
- Refunds can take 5-7 working days to show back into the account.
